  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 20 fresh mint leaves

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup, or monk fruit sweetener

  • 12 oz Blueberry Mint Kombucha (sub for sparkling water or soda water if you don’t have kombucha available)

  • Ice

  • Fresh blueberries and mint sprigs for garnish

DIRECTIONs

  1. In a glass, muddle the fresh blueberries and mint leaves together until well crushed and fragrant.

  2. Add the lime juice and sweetener to the glass. Stir to combine.

  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the kombucha

  4. Give it a gentle stir to mix all the flavors together.

  5. Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint sprigs for an extra pop of color and freshness.
