Watermelon Cucumber Cooler

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks, discarding any seeds and rind.

  2. Peel the cucumber and cut it into smaller pieces.

  3. Place the watermelon chunks, cucumber pieces, mint sprig, and lime juice in a blender.

  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

  5. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any pulp or seeds.

  6. Pour the refreshing drink over ice and serve immediately.
