ingredients

  • 1 ripe papaya

  • 1/2 cup dairy free coconut yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fresh summer fruits (strawberries, blueberries, mango, kiwi, etc.)

  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  • 2 tablespoons granola (optional)

DIRECTIONs

  1. Cut the papaya in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.

  2. Scoop out some of the flesh from each half to create a hollow space for the filling.

  4. Top the yogurt with the fresh summer fruits of your choice. Feel free to mix and match various fruits like strawberries, blueberries, mango, and kiwi for a burst of flavors and colors.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the fruits, adding a delightful tropical touch.

  6. If desired, sprinkle granola over the top for some extra crunch and texture.
